Taxonomy: Fam. Apiaceae// Genus: Ahthriscus// Species: Anthriscus caucalis M. Bieb.

Determined according to the botanical key provided by Micevski (2005).

Lifeform: Annual; Therophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Distribution: Native to Europe, Western Asia and Northwest Africa according to the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).

Habitat:  Found near orchards, roads, edges of woods.

Flowering period:  Spring: APR, MAY.
