Minuartia hamata (Hausskn.) Mattf.

Taxonomy: Fam. Caryophyllaceae// Genus: Minuartia // Species: Minuartia hamata (Hausskn.) Mattf.

Determined according to the botanical key provided in The Flora of the Republic of Macedonia (Micevski, 1993).

Lifeform: Annual; Therophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Distribution: Native from the Mediterranean (Europe, North Africa, West Asia) to central Asia according to the Plants of the World Online portal.

Habitat:  Found in open habitats- in grassland and on rocks.

Flowering period:  Spring.
