Determined according to the botanical keys provided in Flora Europaea (Tutin et al., 1972).
Lifeform: Annual, therophyte according to the Raunkiaer system. Plant with a relatively short life cycle.
Distribution: Native from the Balkan Peninsula to Turkey according to the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).
Habitat: Found in the southern foot of Osogovo, mainly in the Kochani area in open and dry rocky terrains and the Gorge of Kochanska River.
Flowering period: Spring- late March to May, mainly in April: MAR, APR, MAY.
