Lifeform: Perrenial; hemicryptophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Distribution: Native to Southeast and East Europe to Turkey according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).

Habitat:  Dry grasslands, rocky terrains, bushland, edges and clearings of forests.

Flowering period: Spring-summer: MAY, JUN, JUL.

Locality: Hilly region between the gorge of “Kochanska” River and the Kochani landfill. recorded on 20.06.2021.

Locality: ridge between “Kochanska” and “Orizarska” River; recorded on 16.05.2021.
