Teucrium scordium subsp. scordioides (Schreb.) Arcang.

Taxonomy: Fam. Lamiaceae// Genus: Teucrium// Species: Teucrium scordium L.// Subspecies: Teucrium scordium subsp. scordioides (Schreb.) Arcang.

Determined according to the botanical keys provided by Matevski (2021) and Tutin and Wood (1972 in Tutin et al.).

Lifeform: Perennial plant. Hemicryptophyte according to the Raunkiaer system.

Distribution: Native to Northwest Africa, from Italy  and Southeast Europe to China (Xinjiang) according to the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).

Habitat: Wet habitats- edges of rivers and other bodies of water.

Recorded localities: Kochani – village of Beli, 20.09.2020. Kochani – Lake Gradche, 06.08.2023.

Flowering period: Summer to fall: AUG, SEP.

Locality: Kochani – vilage of Beli region. Date: 20.09.2020.
