Determined according to the botanical key provided by Micevski (1998) and Křísa in Tutin et al. (1972).

Lifeform: Perrenial; hemicryptophyte according to the Raunkiaer system.

Distribution: Native to the Subarctic and Temperate Northern Hemisphere (North America and Eurasia) according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).

Habitat: European beech forests, in moist and shaded positions. Recorded on two localities: Ponikva – Jamishko Osoe region and Kormina region.

Flowering period: Early summer: JUN.

Locality: Kormina region, recorded on 19.06.2022.

Locality: Ponikva – Jamishko Osoe region, recorded on 22.06.2025.
