Distribution: Native from the Balkan Peninsula to Turkey according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).
Lifeform: Perrenial – hemicryptophyte according to the Raunkiær system.
Flowering period: Spring- summer: MAY, JUN, JUL.
