Determined according to the botanical keys provided by Heywood (1964 in Tutin et al., Brassicaceae) and Ball (1964 in Tutin et al., Chorispora). Reported for the first time for North Macedonia by Matevski (2016).
Lifeform: Annual plant; therophyte according to the Raunkiær system.
Distribution: Native to Europe and Asia- east and south-east Europe to China according to thePlants of the World Online portal. According to the Euro+Med PlantBase in Europe it is distributed in Bulgaria, former Yugoslavia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine (Marhold, 2011).
Habitat: Found on one location in the periphery of Kochani near the railroad station, probably introduced.
Flowering period: Spring (MAR, APR).
