Taxonomy: Fam.Fabaceae// Genus: Cytisus// Species: Cytisus rectipilosus Adam.
The species was determined according to the botanical key provided in The Flora of Republic of Macedonia (Micevski, 2001). This taxon was not included in Flora Europaea (Tutin et al., 1968). It has no entry in the Euro+Med PlantBase, while according to the Plants of the World Online it is a synonym of Cytisus agnipilus Velen. In the Flora of the Republic of Macedonia Cytisus rectipilosus Adam. and Cytisus agnipilus Velen. are considered separate species.
Lifeform: Chamaephyte according to the Raunkiær system.
Habitatat: Sparse shrubland, rocky terrains.
