Also native to Sicily, Crimean Peninsula and South European Russia according to The Euro+Med PlantBase (Raab-Straube, 2022+).
Habitat: Open and dry habitats – pastures, sparse shrubland.
Flowering period: Spring to early summer (MAY, JUN, JUL).
