Determined according to the botanical key provided by Heywood (1968 in Tutin et al.) and Micevski (2005 in Matevski).

Lifeform: Annual; Therophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Distribution: Native from Europe to Turkey and Transcaucasus according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).

Habitat:  Found in open habitats- grassland, rocky terrains, sparse shrubland, edges and clearings of oak forests, river gorges.

Flowering period: Late spring- summer: MAY, JUN, JUL.

Locality: village of Beli region.
