Lifeform: Perennial plant. Hemicryptophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Distribution: Native to Europe according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew) and The Euro+Med PlantBase (source: Aedo, 2009+).

Habitat: Edges of forests, near rivers. Recorded along “Shtalkovicka” River (“Mangov kamen” locality).

Flowering period: Late spring – summer: MAY, JUN, JUL.
