Lifeform: Annual – therophyte according to the Raunkiær system.
Habitat: Open habitats – grasslands, hill pastures, clearings of oak forests, roadsides. Found in the lower parts of the Osogovo region.
Distribution: Native from the Mediterranean to Caucasus according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).
Flowering period: Spring- summer: APR, MAY,JUN.
