Taxonomy: Fam. Campanulaceae// Genus: Legousia // Species: Legousia hybrida (L.) Delarbre

Determined according to the botanical key provided in Flora Europaea (Tutin et al., 1976).

Lifeform: Annual; Therophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Distribution: Native to Macaronesia, West Europe to East Europe, the Mediterranean and Iran according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).

Habitat:  Found in dry habitats, – pastures/ grasslands, calcareous soil.

Flowering period:  Spring: APR, MAY.
