Erodium ciconium (L.) L’Hér.

Determined according to the botanical keys provided in Flora Europaea (Tutin et al., 1968) and The Flora of the Republic of Macedonia (Micevski and Matevski, 2005).

Lifeform: Annual; Therophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Distribution: Native to Canary Islands, S. Central Europe, from the Mediterranean Region (European region, North Africa and West Asian region) to West and Central Asia according to the Plants of the World Online portal.

Habitat:  Found in grassland, suburban areas, near roads.

Flowering period:  Spring.
