Determined to genus rank (Conyza) according to the botanical key provided In Flora Europea by Moore, Tutin and Walters (1976 in Tutin et al.). This species was not included in the genus Conyza (Cronquist, 1976 in Tutin et al.). Determined to species level according to Vladimirov et al. (2016).

Lifeform: Annual. Therophyte according to the Raunkiaer system.

Distribution: Native from Mexico to South Tropical America; introduced elsewhere according to the Plants of the World Online portal (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew). Introduced elsewhere.

Habitat: Disturbed ground, alongside roads and paths, near orchards, gardens and cultivated land, near and in urban areas. Ruderal areas.

Flowering period: Summer to autumn (JUL, AUG, SEP).

Locality: gorge of the Kochanska River. Date: 29.08.2021.
